Joint Training

• To discuss existing Joint Training held by the three Agencies and recognise similar needs.

• Recognise training needs by carrying out a training needs study.

• To make sure staff in health and social care can train together so that teams can be built.

• Make sure that law issues such as the Mental Capacity Act can be included.

Joint Commissioning (Tasks)

• To discuss and identify things that are similar between the three business plans and commissioning strategies (Plan for the task’s).

• Develop a system for joint planning and commissioning (task’s) across Conwy and Denbighshire.

• Identify possible issues with the development of a multi-agency Commissioning (task) and Planning Strategy. 

• To aim for a joint commissioning (task’s) and planning arrangement for Disabilities Services.
