What Difference has the HSCWB Strategy Made?

There have been so many positive outcomes since the development of the first Strategy.  Therefore, a Health, Social Care and Well-being Achievements Report has been created which attempts to capture and demonstrate the achievements to date.

In addition there have been some fantastic developments with regard to working together with our partners to design and deliver services around the needs of users. These innovative joint project developments funded through Joint Working Grant (JWG) funds have been illustrated in an easy to read leaflet.
