Monitoring and Review

The Inter Agency Performance Management Group will lead on the development and implementation of processes for monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Strategy.  They will also take the lead in ensuring that there is suitable action taken when the results of monitoring or evaluation evidence the need for intervention.

The Lead Officer Group and the Strategic Partnership Board will maintain an overview of progress and will take action to address any issues that emerge.

For each of the 88 objectives included in the Strategy a lead shall be nominated who will be responsible for reporting on implementation when the relevant theme is reviewed.  Two themes shall be reviewed each quarter with each objective being reported upon once a year.

Shared outcomes that Partners will work on together shall be developed as part of the implementation of the Strategy.  A matrix of indicators shall be established that will allow the Partnership to assess the impact made upon each shared outcome.

A Reference Group consisting of interested lay persons from a variety of difference backgrounds shall be established.  This Group shall use Ceri’s Family members as exemplars to scrutinise progress in terms of implementation of the Strategy.
